If you're looking for info on how to upload content to Sked, check out our step-by-step guide.

Adding a Facebook Page

Head to the Social Accounts page and click the Add new account button.

On the popup that shows up, click the Page option under Facebook.

A prompt window from Facebook will popup.

This is you giving Facebook permission to allow Sked Social to receive certain information. Click the blue Continue as… button.

Choose the pages you want to manage

Select all pages you want Sked to be able to "see".

Note that if you're adding new Facebook Pages and already have some selected, PLEASE CLICK THE SELECT ALL-We need to access the FB API and see all the pages, even though you won't be actually connecting them to Sked.

All of the Facebook Pages should be ticked!

After clicking next, confirm the access permissions. We need both permissions to operate (one to see the Page information, the other to publish for you). MAKE SURE ALL TOGGLES HERE ARE ON YES!

Click Done, and then you will see the final confirmation window from Facebook:

Make sure you click Ok on this window – this is because then it will send the information back to us.

After we load the information passed back from Facebook (a spinning loader icon will show while we collect the data), you will see a prompt to add any Pages that you haven't already added:

Here, you can select which Pages you want Sked Social to manage by clicking connect on any that aren't already connected.

Your Facebook page is now added and you should be good to go!

When you add a new Facebook page, we will also reconnect and refresh your existing pages as well, as Facebook issues us a new token.

If you need any help with this, you can reach our support team here!
