Instagram has controls that affect where Direct Messages can be accessed from, in addition to the messenger section in the Instagram App on your device. For Sked to fetch your direct messages, you'll need to enable access inside the app.
To manage your Instagram messaging connections across apps:
Go to your Instagram business or creator profile.
Tap Menu to access settings and privacy
Scroll down and select "Messages and story replies"
Select Message controls
Under Connected Tools, you can toggle on or off “Allow Access to Messages.”
Note: The setting may appear below the fold on your device
Once enabled, we'll be able to start receiving your direct messages straight to Sked Inbox.
