In a recent Sked Insights update, you might have noticed a small change; Engagement is now Interactions.

Under each post, you would have normally seen a metric called Engagement, which was the sum of likes, comments and saves.

We've updated the naming to Interactions (to align with Instagram and Facebook) and included shares in the metrics as part of the update as well so it better aligns with Reels for your day to day reporting.

Note - Shares for Carousel posts are unavailable due to an API limitation, we'll be sure to add these if that changes in the future.
