Account Level Metrics
Metric | Definitition |
Net New Followers | Net number of followers gained for the TikTok Account over the selected period. |
Profile Views | Total number of times the TikTok account's profile has been viewed over the selected period. |
Video Views | The total number of times the TikTok account's videos have been viewed over the selected period. |
Total Followers | Total number of followers for the TikTok account. |
Likes | Total number of likes received across the TikTok account's videos during the selected period. |
Comments | Total number of comments received across the TikTok account's videos during the selected period. |
Shares | Total number of times the TikTok account's videos have been shared during the selected period. |
Interactions Over Time | Breakdown of interactions by day. |
New New Followers Over Time | Breakdown of net new followers gained by day. |
Profile Views Over Time | Breakdown of profile views by day. |
Video Views Over Time | Breakdown of video views by day. |

Notes
Account level metrics for Interactions (the sum of likes, comments and shares received on videos) includes interactions that occurred within the selected rage, even if the video was posted outside of the selected date range.
Limitations
When first connecting a TikTok account to Sked, we will fetch historical insights for the last 60 days. This is a TikTok limitation.
Once connected, you'll have access to all your insights and metrics ongoing.
Data Latency
Certain video metrics aren't available immediately, and take 24-48 hours before appearing in Sked. This can mean that the exact numbers shown in the TikTok application can differ from the numbers shown in Sked Insights. This is a TikTok limitation.
