Each Sked plan includes a number of social accounts, and you can adjust the number of social accounts on your plan beyond the minimum. Whether that be up or down. You can often make the changes yourself in the dashboard. If you want to make a change that is not possible in the dashboard, reach out to support or email [email protected] and someone will be happy to help.

What type of adjustments would I make?

  • An increase or decrease in your account limits

  • A change between plans

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription in line with your usage needs. We recognize that your requirements may change—whether scaling your operations up or down—and our flexible plans are designed to accommodate these variations. However, without written communication from you, we are unable to adjust your plan or billing accordingly.

Avoiding Unnecessary Charges: Your invoice each period will itemize your plan and addons, and the Sked dash will show you the number of accounts in use.

Managing your subscription by informing us of required changes ensures that you are not billed for services you no longer need.

Best Practices:

  • Review Your Subscription: We recommend reviewing your subscription plan periodically to ensure it still fits your needs, especially before your renewal date.

  • Communication: Contact us as soon as you decide to make a change to your plan. Our system is designed to automatically pro-rate credits or charges to your account based on the timing of your requested changes.
