Sked publishes to Instagram using Meta's official Content Publishing API. There is no limit on how many posts you can schedule through Sked — the only limits that apply are those set by Instagram itself, which apply to all tools and apps equally.

Instagram allows a maximum of 50 posts per 24-hour period per account. This covers all post types — feed images, carousels, Reels, and Stories — and resets on a rolling 24-hour basis, not at midnight.

What this means in practice
