Idea Creation and AI create.
The Ideas Box is your shortcut for fast, smart entry. It uses built-in AI to generate brand-specific ideas or analyze and map pasted text directly into Idea cards. The box is intelligent—it dynamically switches modes based on what you enter.
Quick Create and Smart Create

Quick Create: Enter short text to create a card title. You can quickly attach labels or assign people using keyboard shortcuts.

Smart Create: If you enter a longer paragraph, the system synthesizes a clean card title and automatically moves the full text into the Topic and Details fields.

Note: These modes are selected automatically based on text length and cannot be manually toggled.
AI Create
Click the AI toggle or use shortcuts (⌘ + Shift + M on Mac or Ctrl + Shift + M on Windows) to expand the text area. This increases your character limit for generative requests, allowing for detailed prompts and text pasted from other platforms. AI Create is powered by the latest versions of Google Gemini, balancing speed and creativity to unlock brand-new content workflows in Sked.
AI Create capabilities
AI Create includes intelligent modes to either generate or transform your prompts. We identify your intention based on the language you use to decide the best approach:

Generate: Best for creating new content and ideas from scratch.

Example: “Give me 3 ideas for posts for the coming week across any of my content pillars.”

Transform: Best for processing existing bulk text into actionable ideas.

Example: “Convert this text into Ideas: [a block of text pasted from ChatGPT, Excel, or Word].”

Both actions populate the same fields in an Idea card. Transform only auto-completes what it can accurately match; any extra information is added to Topic and Details so you never lose context.

Transform
Transform requests handle larger blocks of text—up to 10,000 characters. AI Create intelligently maps the content into one or multiple ideas, filling fields like Topic and Details, Draft Caption, and Creative Brief. It also assigns content pillars from your labels if it finds a strategic fit.
This is the fastest way to bulk import ideas from external sources like Google Docs, Sheets, or even a list of ideas someone texted you. Just paste and hit go—we’ll handle the rest.
Shortcuts
The Ideas Box supports keyboard shortcut commands similar to Notion or Slack:

Use
/to open your list of Content Pillars. Assigning a pillar during generation creates ideas only within that specific category. -
Use
@to open a list of users and assign a card instantly.
Note: While you can’t manually select a "mode," trigger words ensure predictable results:

Transform, parse, or process will transform the contents of the box into ideas.
