Ideas don’t always start in Sked. Whether they begin in a Slack thread, a Notion doc, or a random late-night email to yourself, our integrations ensure no spark gets left behind. By connecting Sked to the tools you already use, you can funnel inspiration directly into your creative pipeline without the manual copy-paste dance.

Integrations

At launch, Ideas includes a brand-new Zapier integration, allowing you to funnel ideas directly into your Scratchpad from external sources like Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets.

You can set up Zapier workflows to ingest text and automatically generate new ideas. Every text input runs through our "Smart Create" process: the system synthesizes a clean title while moving the full text into the Topic and Details fields for you. You can even plug this integration into your own LLM tooling, like Claude, to automate your brainstorming even further.

Example Zapier workflow ideas

  • Email to Scratchpad: Email a secret address to add content directly to your Ideas Scratchpad.

  • Project tool sync: Automatically send the contents of a Notion, Trello, or Asana task into your Scratchpad.

  • Google Sheets link: Connect a spreadsheet to generate a new Idea every time a row is added.

  • Media sync: Set up separate workflows to add media assets to your Sked Library, ready to assign to your Idea.

Note: Currently, the Zapier integration supports text-based fields. Supporting for images, dates, and other specific fields may be introduced in a future update. Get in touch if there's an integration you'd like to see us support.
