Social Listening - Keywords
The Keywords feature helps you track the most common words and phrases appearing in the comments on your social media posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You can use it as part of Sked’s Social Listening tool set to monitor conversation trends, understand audience sentiment, and identify which topics are driving engagement.
What Keywords does:
- Automatically detects recurring keywords in your comment sections across supported platforms.
- Tracks how frequently each keyword appears and how that changes over time. It also surfaces the context of how the keywords are being used to cluster keywords.
- Analyzes the sentiment attached to each keyword (positive, neutral or negative)
- Lets you view the specific comments contributing to each keyword
- Keywords are updated on a daily basis automatically.
- We’ll send you a notification to Sked Dashboard when a new keyword appears or when a trend changes
Additional insight with AI
You can generate an AI analysis for any keyword. This provides a summary of how the keyword is trending and how the sentiment has shifted over time. For example:
“The sentiment surrounding the selected keyword for Paragon has remained very positive between the two periods. The frequency of the keyword has increased, appearing more often per day in the current period. There has also been an increase in the total number of comments containing the keyword, suggesting a rise in engagement or discussion around the topic.”
This feature is designed to give you a clearer understanding of how people are responding to your content, so you can make more informed decisions on your content strategy and what topics or themes are present in your audience engagement

Keywords doesn’t allow for user defined terms - We’ll track your comment stream
There is a lower threshold of around 100 comments per month where Keyword tracking starts to become more refined and effective. Smaller comment volumes might have issues highlighting themes and volume insights.
