Managing your account limits
Understand how account limits are set and managed.
Each Sked plan includes a number of social accounts, you can adjust the number of social accounts on your plan beyond this number. You can often make the changes yourself in the dashboard. If you want to make a change that is not possible in the dashboard, reach out to support via live chat or email hi@skedsocial.com and our team will be happy to help.
Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription in line with your usage needs. We recognize that your requirements may change—whether scaling your operations up or down—and our flexible plans are designed to accommodate these variations. However, without written communication from you, we are unable to adjust your plan or billing accordingly.
Avoiding Unnecessary Charges: Your invoice each period will itemize your plan and add-ons, and the Sked dashboard will show you the number of accounts in use.
Managing your subscription by informing us of required changes ensures that you are not billed for services you no longer need.
Best Practices:
-
Review Your Subscription: We recommend reviewing your subscription plan periodically to ensure it still fits your needs, especially before your renewal date.
-
Communication: Contact us as soon as you decide to make a change to your plan. All changes are reflected on your next monthly or annual renewal depending on your billing term.
