Welcome to the Notifications Beta on Sked! This guide covers everything you need to get started with early access to Dashboard notifications and Integration Notifications for Slack and Microsoft Teams.
We'll be opening access to users in the coming weeks - Register for the Beta here
Accessing the beta
- Simply reply to the invitation email and we’ll activate notifications for your account; We’ll confirm with an email once it’s ready to go.
- Once activated, you’ll see a new Notifications section in your Sked Dashboard with the bell icon, click to open your notifications stream.
Notification Channels
- Sked Dashboard: Alerts appear in the bell icon.
- Slack: Notifications delivered to your chosen Slack workspace and channel.
- Microsoft Teams: Notifications delivered to your Teams organization and channel.
Note: Slack and Teams will have additional configuration items delivered across the beta. Early access has limited options for channel and notification selection.

Initial Setup
- Follow the URL to the integrations dashboard to connect Slack or Teams.
- Notification preference controls (frequency, notification types) will be available later in the beta, covering user and group preferences.
Known Limitations
- Event coverage: A full list of planned and active notification types will be maintained, and the notifications tied to these events will be customizable later in the beta with controls for user, group and social accounts planned.
- Slack & Teams channel selection:
Only one Slack or Teams workspace can be connected.
Only one channel can be configured during the pilot.
Additional settings to configure channels per group or social account will be added
