The queue is an easy way to set up a regular posting schedule that repeats each week.

For example, you might want to post at 9am Monday, 3pm Tuesday and 8pm Friday, every week.

With Sked, you set up these times, and then you don't need to pick a date and time for every post you want to be published – you just choose the order.

The best part is you can use the queue in combination with scheduling posts for a specific date and time (for example, when you have a one-off sale or promotion). We give you the ultimate flexibility!

Setting up the queue

To get started with setting up your queue, click the add accounts icon on the top right corner, then click manage social accounts, and select the desired social account on the left, scroll down to the bottom, and click the queue toggle option to enable

To fully enable, click "Add" at the bottom to add your first time slot. You can also see your best times to post. They will be shown with a "#1 best time"; if you hover over them, you can click "Add" to set them as part of your queue schedule. If you'd like to copy your queue slots to another account, click the drop-down menu at the bottom that says "Select Account" to choose the account you wish to copy the schedule.

What's next?

After setting up your queue, you will have the "Queue post" option available to use, and that will send your post to the queue to publish at the next available slot. You can also freely drag posts in and around the Instagram feed planner in Sked, and posts will automatically be added to your queue.
